One of our best sellers over the years our spiced beef is regarded by many of our customers to be the best spiced beef anywhere.
Still produced by hand, tender pieces of topside, silverside and rib eye are placed in our unique pickle and spice mix for two weeks and stirred each day, then the beef is removed, left to dry for a few days and finally hand rubbed with our special blend of spices.
