Cooking suggestion: Make shallow scores on the duck breast skin using a knife. Season both sides of the duck breast with salt and ground pepper. In a hot, non-stick pan over medium heat, place the duck breast skin side down and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Regularly pour off excess fat and then seal the other side for 1 minute.
