Potato farls, potato cakes, potato scones, whatever you call them they’re an essential component of the Ulster Fry and Northern Ireland’s oldest bread, traditionally made using up leftover potatoes. We keep them true to the classics here...just serve them hot with a little butter and salt, or fry them alongside soda bread and you’re good to go.
Store covered in a cool dry area. Suitable for freezing.
